New Lp loss reduction Idea

I believe its time to negate, or at least diminish the effects of losing LP when you win lane and are ahead, but your bot or jungle etc. didn't do great. There is already a grading system in LOL at the moment, so if you do good in your role but are let down by your teammates you don't lose the full 15-20 LP but instead depending on your grade you lose a fraction of it, for example S = 25% loss A = 50% loss B= 75% loss etc. I'm currently not a great player being Silver V, but I find myself doing fine and even great in most of my games, but besides the rare winning team that comes along every 5 or so games, I usually have at least one to two other people on my team not fulfilling their role, and in turn giving the other team more gold and exp. I can't carry all games, and the poor performance of teammates in my division has caused me to lose hope in ever making it out of Silver V. I've linked one of the games I am talking about where (I haven't played riven in months) I played riven top, and did alright, but then I realized at 20 mins into the game my caitlyn had gone 0/4 and given up. This happens almost every other game at this tier of play, and I simply need motivation to keep trying, but losing 19 LP because my bot lane didn't win the lane and then proceeded to give up is just goofy in my opinion, I can't carry someone who doesn't want to try to win. This is why I ask for this change, I want to know that if I do good and we lose that I won't be penalized for my teams mistakes. I'm adding a poll, and asking all fellow summoners for their opinion on this matter as well. I know LOL is a team game, but it comes to a point where you have pros tips on getting out of low ELO (Where I am) by only caring for yourself, and ignoring your team. I simply want to be acknowledged for what I've done, but instead I get the full punishment of the loss, when I wasn't the one responsible for it.
