Plz Help

I've been stuck in silver since season 3 and need help, highest I've gotten ever is silver 2, I don't know what I'm doing wrong, can someone plz coach me and tell what I do wrong. I know it's not my team it's just you get the one bad team every now and then and it tilts me so hard that I go on 2-3 game losing streaks, but this season I refuse to quit and want to finally get to gold just one time, plz. I've given up the past 3 seasons and I don't want to do that again. Someone plz help me.

Sounds like me, get to Silver 4-3, then a couple of feeders or an afk and I can't the rest of the night. Demoted back to Silver 5. Can't carry every game, just try to focus on doing things right, help your teammates and pray.

Sounds like me too..i get to Silver in Chinese server about 3 seasons.. sometimes ..my teamates afk..or sometimes the enemy is too strong for me..it is so hard..

Well, you have negative win rates with 2 of your most played adc's. You should try watching twitch streams or youtube videos of adc mains and get the feel of what they're doing every game and what you're doing wrong. And now when you have practice tool, learn how to cs early game and that will also get you advantage over your laner in items and in lane.
