I would have to say it is strongly a skill matchup. They are both very mobile and reliant on a skill shot (lb chains or ahri charm). Even their roaming is similarly strong.

Ahri wins this match up now, LB used to win it before the garbage rework. Ahri just needs to time charm as LB dashes in and wins the trade always due to the delay on the snap back.

LB is now a mid-game champ and usually plays to get gunblade and trades when she tags the wave and enemy with q where as before she was a lane bully. The champ is a mess atm.

No one wins because they r both cancer and annoying to deal with

LB wins. Higher mobility, more point-and-click, safer pre-six to prevent snowball. If nothing else, LB can poke Ahri with Q, and can dodge all of Ahri's dmg.

Ahri has better sustain and waveclear, until LB finishes first item or two.
