I have a general question as to why are so many burst AD's similar to Miss Fortune are allowed to be so obnoxious in the game, while other champions in the same vein would have been destroyed by nerfs within a single patch cycle.

I haven't watched LCS, I haven't seen any of the newer esports games.

What I have seen is a complete disregard to this issue that has been in the game for the past 2 months.

well considering MF is about to get one of the biggest nerfs that could ever hit her I find your comment laughable. That being said MF isn't really a burst AD, she can burst but she's more sustained harass than burst.
