Hextech Converting

Hello, to start off, I am very appealed by the idea of hextech crafting, yet the way it is formed does not exactly meet my needs (and others). The Hextech crafting system is a great way to earn new skins or champs (if you don't already own them) without having to go through the hassle of using RP, and I feel it is a great addition to this game.

What I (and probably others) have noticed, is the fact that champion shards are an often appearance and most often a nuisance, especially for long-time players, who already own all the champion. The fact that you are able to unlock champs is awesome, but what happens when you already own all them? I myself do not own every champion, and enjoy the fact I can earn them from Hextech Crafting. But what about the long-time players? The more crates these players unlock, they have these useless champions going into their burn pile never to be used, as they already own the champion(s).

My Proposal

With earning all these champions, long-time players that own all them have 0 use for the useless shards they unlock. My Proposal, is to add a Hextech Converting system, which allows players to convert their dissolved champion(s) essence, into skin essence. Of course there would a ratio, maybe like 2:1, but at least it still allows the player to acquire new skins. There would most likely be a price involved, such as maybe 1000 IP for every conversion, so it would not be over used, still making players play games to grind out their rewards.

Feel free to give more ideas to this concept, and tell me what you think! P.S., I do not actually know if this is the correct board to put this, but seeing it does effect your game in one way or another..
