Fix LP loss in ranked games with AFK's.

AFKs are extremely frustrating especially in lower ranks such as Bronze/Silver. I've worked my way to Silver 5 or above several times only to end up bronze again after streaks of AFKs. Twice now I've had 15 game streaks with AFKs. I have a few suggestions for Riot when it comes to ranked AFK.

Quadruple the LP loss for the AFK person. Give the AFK persons team zero LP loss if they lose and double LP for a win. If a member of a duo AFKs then both members of the duo receive a quadruple LP loss. This would keep people from using duo's to LP boost.

I've suggested this numerous times and have never heard any reasonable arguments from Riot or the community as to why this wouldn't work. I know it seems harsh but it is supposed to be.
