I think Zed is on a perfect spot. His win rate is normal for a champion with such high skill cap considering he is picked a lot due to his badass look. He kit screams outplay and outsmart to win. There is a lot of difference between a good Zed and an average one.

I, personally, feel like he's in a decent spot at the moment. If he were to get any buff whatsoever I'd like to not see a number change, but have some fluidity returned to his kit. Namely, the R return delay removed and possibly something like "Per point in W his shadow, when thrown out, will throw the shuriken x% faster, all the way until 5 points where it reaches its old state pre-"bug fix' nerf.

I complained about Zed too cause I found his lane phase completely ridiculous, now any champ can do the same amount of damage with masteries so idc anymore. I was also more noob back than.
Zed was always trash after mid season 5. Meta and item changes are what fucked him badly.
