No one builds AP on Caitlyn. Ever.

It is a utility spell so they want cait to use it for just that and not the damage. If they gave it an AD scaling she would have way too much damage in her Kit. There is a reason everyone hates Riven's Shield

I have been with a very successful support ap caitlyn. The traps are OP.

Do you build AP pantheon? AP lucian? AD viktor? AP twitch?

Why does have ap ratios at all..., it's a way to balance champs so that her 90cal net doesn't hit like a truck and is used offensivly, but is used as an escaoe and defensively.

I've seen AP Cait.

It's funny to watch.

To allow her to build items such as Guinsoo's Rageblade or Hextech Gunblade without the AP being totally useless.
