Sightstone bug
I encountered a weird bug earlier today when the sightstone did not regain it's charges when I died and respawned in base, I had to sell it and undo the action for it to refresh...

I had exactly this bug, very anoying when you are trying to gain some vision. The stone was empty until I sold and bought it again. It also refreshed when I upgraded it to ruby stone.
I had the same problem. It only happend once so far. Upgrading it seems to fix the problem, but its very annoying, especially if you dont have the gold to upgrade it.
Happens to me in about half the games I play. Lost 2 games now cause of it :( Sell / undo sell, fixes it if you dont have gold to upgrade to ruby.
I had the same issue. I left base and went back a couple times to see if there was a way around it, but eventually had to sell/rebuy item. I have a screenshot of sitting in base with 0 charges, in case anyone wants to see what champ/items I was using at the time, but I can't see a way to add it....
