This one felt really bad like a tilter for the rest of the day. I was Swain with pyke support I had 62% kill partcipation and botlane alone had a 5k gold lead. Feels bad man there must have been more I could have done though. How can i not feel like complete shit after this one. I dont even feel anger its feeling past anger like pure disgust.

Sounds dumb, but you need to stop playing lol. Once you lose several games in a row, it is unlikely that you will resolve whatever mental block you have imposed on yourself within the next few matches. Just stop playing maybe go on a smurf or do some aram if you legit just want to play. De-stress for a day or two and come back when you're feeling better. You might think you are playing fine, but I guarantee you are doing something or are forgetting to do something that you wouldn't normally do. I tend to tilt for weeks lmfao, so i just won't play ranked for a month or so after a string of losses XD

edit: If it's just one game, I would suggest learning to let go of games immediately. Win or loss, just get over it and move on rather than harp on some plays that were made.

You legit didnt do enough. Kills means nothing when you dont use it to do anything meaningful

  1. 7 wards placed in 35 min..... you were a big problem of why people get picked off by doing nothing to help with vision. WW was their only useful one who cant be everywhere at once and you didnt pressure where he wasnt at
  2. 2nd bot tower was still up while it looks like trynd was hard splitting top you didnt shove other lanes and most of the game you didnt even cross the river
  3. Terrible CS. If you were getting ahead from kills you werent using it to pick up free CS to get further ahead
  4. 1.5k objective damage..........

I take a short break from League to recover my focus and to fix my mentality
