Wouldn't be very useful out of the jungle though.

How about an AD lifesteal item instead?
It makes use of the slot that many of them have to use for at least one sustain item, while also filling the jungle item slot.
Can even give it Omnivamp, even if it has to be vs neutrals only. Could be an option for the AD junglers that often need help with objective control.
yeah keep the cdr and give it cleave. same stats. idk shave of 5 ad or something if its too good.
