Trading in Champ Select

So I just had to dodge a queue due to the support asking me to pick for them, which I did and they picking my champ. The issue arose during the last 30 seconds where they didn't ever trade me so I had to dodge so I wasn't playing pyke jungle. Is there any way to solve this? I can't think of anything that wouldn't be abuseable.
