he's either not a good pick or he's perm-ban busted as fuck
clearly there's a flaw in design somewhere
perhaps it's the %hp damage, the initiation from across the map, a ton of hard cc and damage, a revive passive on a tank, manaless, and has in-combat sustain
That's the problem with a lot of champions honestly.
Edit: like, if we're talking pure lcs, then that's a problem with most champions.
A champion that just isn't a good pick isn't trash. If that's how you think then most champions in this game are trash.
He is permaban worthy imo, but people dont play him. That is the problem. Alot of champs have been like this.
I'd much rather take a shot in the dark to the 40% pick rate 
His mini-rework was an extreme nerf. How did you deal with him before?
