Games are decided in champ select

Used to be able to play the champs that you liked and mained and your skill would let you do well. Now if you dont have a team of S teir champs the game is lost. It’s sad bc I can’t play my favorite champs outside of norms anymore because it puts me at such a massive disadvantage :(
