personally i am not a god with talon, but feel i can give a few pointers.

I personally start but can work with better sustain than the first.

But no matter what is a rush item unless otherwise needed. ( is the discrepancy here ) Build start and max w, followed by lvl 2 of Q if against melee enemy, or e if against ranged champs or melee spellcasters. Farm as safely as you can and with longsword, 3 has sustain. If you hit 2 before the enemy if you get e you better force a fight (only if safe though) to E AA W, enough to proc thunderlords. From there just focus on murdering anyone that can't outrun you (anything without tank) but here is something else for you. Don't be afraid to pop ult to run away from a gank or any unsafe situations. Short enough cooldown that it isn't an entire loss. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UW7HO9vW7Xg
