Spell Vamp

So in 6.9 spell vamp was removed, but Morgana's passive, Ryze's Ult, and the passive from Hexdrinker and Maw, all still grant spell vamp. Is this to be reworked? or are these specific things still going to maintain spell vamp?

Spell Vamp items got removed because Vlad.

Spell Vamp the thing is sticking around.
