Nasus : Need help please

lately I have been seeing alot of people spamming Nasus in ranked and every time he seems to win lane regardless of who you (my team mates) pick into him. they usually lean towards pantheon, riven , Darius , shyvana or maokai. now i just want your general opinion on what champs do you think tend to hard bully Nasus early and still stay viable mid-late game. Or what champions do you prefer to have on your team regardless of lanes when you see the enemy pick up Nasus. Im an AD carry main btw

Olaf absolutely destroys Nasus. Probably the only time I actually pick Olaf.

My main champ, favorite to play. You can keep Nasus pretty weak for a long time, and he has pretty good scaling himself. Abuse his armor shred passive and you can keep nasus useless until about 30 minutes. Thing about Nasus is you can not stop him. Period. He's just a ticking time bomb, and unfortunately in this tank meta it's pretty easy to turtle up and hold the gates (assuming you have a tank jungler+tank support). I had a game where our feeding nasus top left lane 0/8 and ended up doing the second most damage. He got 1k stacks that game and.. yeah. 1v5'd killed the fed Vayne + Ahri and then we showed up to clean up. He didn't even die, he just waddled away.

Darius actually beats Nasus at almost every stage of the game unless Nasus splitpushes super hard since Darius is one of the best tank shredders.

Literally any champion that does not have a garbage early game should easily get kills or zone him hard. I pick Renekton into Nasus usually. Other great picks include Darius, Pantheon, Sion, Riven, Rumble, Lulu, ect(pretty much every top laner).

Anyone who doesn't stomp lane with the previously mentioned champs should be demoted a tier. Unless they got camped.

The issue most people have with nasus is thinking they can trade him after lane phase collapses and he's stacked to 1000. Let a kite mage of kite adc dump him, past that all you gotta do is run from him, since wither's his only method of engage. Another thing to note is that nasus will typically stay in lane long after lane phase ends to stack, so maybe reconsider leaving him alone to farm.

The problem with nasus is that he requires literally constant attention to shut down. A good nasus will let the wave push to his turret until level 6 when it is safer for him to q in the middle of the lane. If top lane does not snowball in levels nasus will outscale everyone.

But that is the point of Nasus' kit. He demands early attention or he will win the game late or mid. If you dont gank nasus you're gonna have a bad time, but it's a double edged sword. Push his turret in too soon and he gets free farm. Also Nasus' jungle is free to snowball bot.

Well, if nasus starts with the heavy armor runes/mr and defensive masteries, plays passive and walks near you only to last hit with q, you can't do anything to him... The only way to kill him is to towerdive. + he has a jungler too. Withered=dead. He will eventually outscale any toplaner (except Vayne, but she will get camped and feed against any good nasus+jungler). About shredding tanks and Darius - nasus rushes Kindlegem not to get dunked (starts cloth 5), upgrades his cloth into tabi or glacial shroud :the laning phase for darius is over, now he can't die to you and soon can 1v2 ... the same is true for olaf and so on. I think that Teemo is still the most annoying matchup.
