I don't think Riot understands...

That for Veigar to be viable at the present moment, while keeping his e in the current state, they really, REALLY need to do something with his W. Make it able to hit outside of the stun, increasing the range of his q is nice, so is the range of his e, but it's really something that wont matter if you can't land the damn w.

Veigar Baleful Strike (Q) range increased to 900 from 850 Event Horizon (E) range increased to 750 from 700
