New Summoner Spell Idea
I was wondering about the diversity of summoner spells and i came up with an idea for a new one.
The URF summoner spell
For a set number of seconds (subject to balancing), the champion in question gets 40/60/80% Cooldown to all their spells during the duration of this time. This could be a substitute to ignite etc. (lets face it, nothing will ever replace flash) that can grant a brief ability spam during say a teamfight, for example. However, mana and energy will still cost the champion per ability, so its possible to completely drain your mana if you mess up and waste spells during the use of the summoner spell.
"But muh clarity, how will i know when a champ used this?" -The champ that uses this spell could have a flashing effect on them, kind of like getting a star in super mario bros or Kart. Again this can be changed and perfected.
"But muh energy champs will spam too many abilities because they have no mana costs"
- It would actually not be beneficial to them since they can usually use their full combo and maybe one or more spell before they burst all their energy away. By the time they get it back, the spell is over.
"But muh mages will be too op" -I feel mages will benefit from this greatly (and they should) but it will not be too overbearing because the time duration is pretty small, and for a mage to run infront of the pack and use it will likely get them destroyed. It requires some thinking.
"But muh resourceless champs though"
-Ah yeah... These guys. Well that's where the problem starts, champs like
will be insane with this summoner spell. I was thinking that for resourceless champs, the spell could last half the time? Its up to rito how they would handle it.
I truly think this would be a fresh new addition to the game, and will commemorate URF so we can have a new, different gamemode next year.
The icon could be a spatula too :D
ing up to power. With the rework, he had freakking 2000 damage burst, but somehow I'm the only one who was against good Ryze's as his winrate dropped like hell.
