I played mid for the first time in a year since my friend wanted support. It was like... not to be mean to those who play mid lane, but that shit was the most relaxing thing I've played in months. It was 1v1 all game, and sometimes I'd be ganked and I'd only have to move a few steps away and be fine. In the bot lane it's 4 people at 5 minutes and after a gank the jungler will stay to siege.
Hell, I was the one going bot for free kills. Felt so good. I'm now a mid main.

If your support goes Ivern, you can just basically play a normal bruiser/juggernaut. With the advent of Ziggs botlane, you can play mid bot as well.
The main reason I can't play ADC is because I can't stutter step (I hate right clicking that much). Thats why I play casters (AD or AP, but mostly AP). I personally do not feel that ADCs are in that bad of a situation right now, late game ADC's are still able to do consistent burst damage to squishies believe it or not, and the reason why they need to get one shotted is that if they survive, they can life steal and kill you off. Bot lane was always a silly place to begin with though.
I main mid and secondary top. ADC is the one roll that I will never play.
tbh i go adc a few times and never have any problems sure there were times when i was getting dived by people 4 manning but i knew i had a late game to fall back on in mid lane most of the time its usually over for me since i play assassins mostly and top lane i never really understood top lane even tho ive been told its easier than mid
i always say rip adc when i get put there but i sure do have so much damn fun with my friends even though im adc and rip me
