Dodges shouldn't count as a full loss in promos

When your in your promos, 80% of the time all goes well. However i just had to dodge a game where a duo que wanted to go duo adc, and another person really wanted adc and instalocked an adc. Then, we had no tank, no ap, and we were in chaos. Its either a waste of 30 min and a loss or a waste of 5 min and a loss. I think dodges should count as half a loss in promos (2 dodges=1 loss) This is so you can't spam dodges, and only dodge when you need ton
