Surrender and Auto kick if you dont pick fast enough

This crap must go.It isn't doing anything for the game.Still have tons of dodging trolls in ranked games.Some intentionally afk so it makes a auto dodge.by this I mean it throws you back into queue.i have spent up to 40 minutes just getting into 1 ranked game.Also the 20-30 seconds to pick champ and if you don't your auto punished.That is the worst thing put in this game.
