Not often do i get any time to get comebacks

Game is very 1 sided lately since patch I cant win any games no matter what type of game it is.I have a very old account that just seems to be bugged all the time also.Foriegners are on the North American server.Alot of skills on champs just don't work sometimes.I could go on but won't.
