i hope this is in the right area... please give me advice?

so i was playing with this guy who was smurfing right, and i guess i did okay. he didnt wanna play norms to see how i did he just wanted to play ranked ( before i go to far mind you, im a silver 3 looking to improve, and trying my best, hes a diamond [ so he says ] from euw. ). so i agreed. we got into the first game he told me that i was doing good as a support ( please keep in mind i hardly play support in ranked. i dont mind it.. its just silver is hard. and id like to try to carry and not be stuck bot :/ ). he proceeded to tell me that i belonged in plat. ( i know this is a lie. i just would like to hit gold ). so i took the compliment and moved along with my merry way. after a few minutes he messages me again, and we start playing except we were talking about my lb support. so i decided to play that ( im still learning lb. im not awful at her, just still learning ). i messed up my combo a few times.. and made some stupid plays. we lost that game after winning the first. he then deleted me on lol, and skype. when i asked him why. he just said ' i never said anything bad to you. you tried your best. " like.. what exactly did i do wrong, ps ( queen of hentai so you can see my last two ranked games )
