new cass is only strong because they kept pumping numbers INTO her kit where as her kit isn't actually strong but just a ball of stats which is what rito said they WERE NOT GOING FOR but ended up doing so anyways... its not the fact that they "accept how strong new cass is" its the fact that they accept that rito doesnt give a flying fuck about what they think and will continue to not care while they fuck over other champions that are next on their list... just like they did to Sona

The people complaining about the rework outright stated that new Cass is strong, OP even.

I think if Riot really wanted to hit Cassiopeia they should start with removing/lowering the CDR on her Passive so that players can't just get Tear and/or RoA and never have to worry about going oom. Even if that means reverting the increased mana costs implemented in 5.1.

I would like to start learning Cass as a bruiser top laner but I'm afraid that Riot are going to either increase her mana costs again, or hit the base damage on her abilities.
