total armor vs relevant armor

I like that when you see an enemy you can see how much armor they have and be able to see how much bonus armor as well, but when using armor pen you have to guess how much armor you are actually ignoring. showing relevant armor would factor in both flat and %armor pen and show the actual armor that is not being ignored. the practice dummies have a base 100 armor so testing items like Last Whisper and Lord Dominiks don't actually have any effect because none of the armor is bonus. relevant armor would be really useful for practice mode because you could more accurately tell which items ignored the most armor compared to the amount of damage given by the items. this concept also applies to MR as well.
