Changing Runes Stupid System

Riot,

Something needs to be done about this stupid system where when I want to change one of my runes on a runepage I've already made, I need to change them in order from top to bottom? Where when I click the bottom rune I have set because I'm playing a different champion and just need that one specific rune changed. Because what happens now with this completely ridiculous system is that I click the rune, then click the rune I want it to be, and it changes the OTHER F*N rune I didn't want changed. This is so stupid and a waste of time and cause of needless frustration when trying to finish a rune page as fast as possible. How has no one at Riot noticed this stupid interaction and made a suggestion to change it?
