Master Yi Needs an Upgrade

I think Master Yi is probably the best champion in the game, in my opinion, but Yi hasn't reached his full potential yet. #IHAVENTEVENREACHEDMYFINALFORM. He still has a lot more work to go. His kit is perfect for fighting for a 1v1. But this addition that I am going to mention will highly improve his kit, so that he can finally reach his final form, and be more of a useful pick than a non-pick. His Q, alpha strike is a good ability but I feel that the passive of the Q on monsters should be applied even to champions but at a lower damage against a champion. So its same concept but now it applies to champions, but at a lower amount of damage. His W, Meditation I feel is ok. I just feel like it should be an ability that allows you to heal a little more when ignited. So if your ignited while your in meditation, the ignite effect on you should be decreased, so that Yi has a good opportunity in order to strike back with a decent amount of health. His E is a little weak right now. It's only a 10% increase in attack damage. I feel that this E Wuju Style should be upgraded to give him more of an "Open Concept", meaning he would be more useful in team fights. By upgrade I feel that his E, should be instead, of a 10% increase of damage, it should be a 15 to 20% increase in damage, gradually going up in levels. It starts off at 10%, then goes up to 12%, 15%, 17%, then 20%. Or can go up from 10% to 15% each level it is upgraded. This increase in damage will allow Yi to be able to single out his targets a little more and deal more increased damage in a team fight so that it he may be a little more useful. (Kind of like Rengar, he can jump to his target, with a guaranteed crit, but Yi sometimes crits his q, if Yi has critical chance.) His ultimate "Highlander" "Feels" like its at its highest peak of efficiency. But it could be better. His ultimate begins at 25% increased movement speed with a 30% increase in attack speed at level 1. The attack speed is at a good spot, but the movement speed is not at all. When I see or play master Yi and they or I use the Highlander ability it just feels like he isn't faster enough. Because a lot of champions can just outrun Master Yi, (Rengar, Khazix, Shyvana (Yes a simple ability outruns Master Yi's Ultimate ability, makes sense) Karma simple ability, Hecarim simple ability, Blitzcranks simple E, gives him up to 90% movement speed, and almost 65% attack speed for 5 seconds, that is a better ability than Yi's for real, Janna passive is insane, and its literally just a passive, jinx insane movement speed, Kennen, Miss Fortune, Quinn for god sake, Singed, udyr, warwick, and Zilean of course, he gets 99% movement speed from a simple ability). I feel that his movement speed should be increased by 10% more. So if it starts off at 25% it will instead be 35%, and so on, etc...

These are my opinions on Master Yi to make him a more useful champion in game and to give him more meaning in definition to the Wuju Master that he is.
