Mordekaiser needs a buff badly. and a mini re-work.

Mordekaiser is rigth now, im an ok spot in League in thsi meta, but he could be better for sure. His passive, shoudn't cost health. His E should be the same, but the only difference I would make is that he steals that amount of health per champion that is afflicted by it. his ultimate, should should scale up differently. It should be either : 25%, 35%, 45%/// or 30%, 40%, 50%. AND ONE MAJOR THING THAT HAS TO BE CHANGED IS HIS BASE MOVEMENT SPEED. HE IS WAY TO SLOW. His basemovment speed should be like 340. 345. notying less than 340 though. he has a major disadvantage in thius meta, when he is too slow. please do look at this post, it would be beneficial towards those who like to play morde, and have trouble in thsi meta because he is lacking what he needs to stay in the meta.
