Can you please make some sort of effort to make these games more fun/interesting. Please consider some sort of pre-programmed comp for both sides to give each team a 50/50 shot of winning instead of giving one team, for example. 4 melees and a Veigar and the other team 2 ranged AP (Xerath and Lux), 2 ADC (Cait and Jinx) and a Diana. Thats just the latest example. So many times these games are over in champ select unless the other team that isnt getting shafted is completely idiotic.

Might vary a bit depending on which melees in particular, but that's not a bad match-up. Team Diana lacks a substantial front-line, and Team Veigar should be able to dive straight onto the ADs. Early-game could be a pain with waveclear, but, again, that depends on the specific champs.
It's in a disgusting state, and they are doing absolutely nothing :D But hey, a new champ is incoming!
One thing they need to fix for sure is to make all champs available to all players. That way you wouldn't have players with accounts loaded with only god tier ARAM champs. And if they make that change, then it would be easier to be able to reroll for a specific role that your team might need since every player will have access to large pools of champs for each type.
