Who is the healthiest champion currently?
Sion in my opinion, because you can dodge his every ability, but share your opinions please.

Tank -
, doesnt deal too much dmg, cc can be dodged, very balanced and fun
Jungler -
, wasnt sure to put her or amumu, maybe she has a bit too much damage, but I rarely feel that I wasnt outplayed when I die to her
Kind of bruiser or smt -
, very balanced damage and tankyness, nothing bullshity in his kit
Assassin -
, say what you want, but this is the only assassin that doesnt 1 shot you without counterplay, he has some other stupid things in his kit, but as far as counterplay goes he is very fair
Mage -
, also most balanced champ since like ever, she is just perfect champion design
ADC -
, maybe Ezreal and Kog too, can be outplayed and doesnt feel like he has too much damage
Supp -
, would pick Thresh also if not for his stupid lantern, she is really well balanced, can be outplayed, heal isnt too high, cc can be dodged and is pretty squishy
IMO is in a good state design wise, he's just simply overtuned.
Garen because if you leave him alone for a minute he is full health again. And look at all the pushups he does.

The healthiest champion in the League is Nocturne. Here are the reasons for this claim.
Nocturne does his job. One aspect of champion health is that they aren't bad at their intended niche. Evelynn might be unhealthy because she has perma stealth, but she's also unhealthy because she doesn't actually burst you down and avoid being kited as an assassin should. But if Nocturne has some farm and he catches you out, generally you're not getting away from him. He's hard to peel off, he has hard engage, and he can kill characters if they aren't helped. These are all traits of a diver.
Nocturne's entire kit synergizes with his role. A champion who has abilities that do not fit their intended role are not healthy. For example, Ezreal's Essence Flux does not fit his intended role as a marksman at all, and is largely a useless ignored ability that drains AD Ez's mana if he ever bothers to use it. Now, a champion having multiple roles is fine, but only if their entire kit synergizes with both roles. A good example of that is Miss Fortune, whose kit functions perfectly well as a Mage and a marksman since the marksman role (killing turrets and dealing high physical damage) is not exclusive of her Mage power (dealing a large amount of AOE damage from range).
Nocturne's kit fits the diver role entirely. His Q deals damage, helps him stick to his target, and gives Nocturne temporary dueling power, with clear counterplay (displace him from the trail). His W prevents him from being peeled, and also gives him a benefit if he properly uses it to outplay instead of just burning it while he's not being focused. The timing of Nocturne's shield and the reward associated with it is an expression of skill. Nocturne's E, again, helps him stick to you and duel you. And of course, Paranoia simply states "I don't care how deep under tower you are, I'm getting there and not taking tower shots as I approach".
If you rank up Nocturne's Q, you have much stronger ganks against immobile targets. The increased move speed prevents them from escaping, and the increased AD ensures you win the duel if they stop and fight.
If you rank up Nocturne's W first, you are going for a power farmer on hit build. You get more procs of his passive, you have a much faster and healthier clear, and in mid game team fights, after you shield an ability you gain even higher AS to get as many on hit and passive procs as you can.
If you rank up Nocturne's E first, you are going for a strong peel, and it can be used to stop a juggernaut or diver that you see getting fed early or that might just be too powerful this patch. A 2 second targeted fear is a very powerful peeling tool, and Nocturne can build a bit of tank early to make sure he lives long enough to activate it.
So that's why Nocturne is the healthiest champion in the game.
Minions-50% win rate :P
has held this title for a while
Bias incoming.
Post juggernaut rework
Very clear strengths, very clear weaknesses, not particularly game phase oriented but fight oriented (best in prolonged fights, goal is to prolong fights as long as possible).
Not only is he in a decent spot, but he is also extremely healthy AS AN ASSASSIN.

Sion's E is bullshit in lane and his W is kinda shitty.
