Hextech Chests should always reward the player with a cosmetic--enough with Champion Shards Only

I don't have the raw data to back it up, but I'd be willing to bet money on the fact that the new chest-reward algorithm is decentivizing people from spending real-world currency on them considering a good chunk of what they give are essentially free. A chest without any RP-based reward is hardly a chest at all, I say.

And speaking of betting money: in a time where the entire lootbox dialogue is revolving around 'being a parallel to underage gambling' and US legislators are threatening to take action against the big offenders....whose idea was it to move away from a more equitable system, where real currency was exchanged for real-currency rewards? It is more akin to gambling than ever.

Just the two cents of a former-customer. I used to drop $$$ on hextech chests every once in awhile but these days I'm not too inclined, given many will contain Master YI and Alistar Trash Tokens to the exclusion of everything else, and I'm mostly content with what I receive from S-rank rewards keeping that in mind.

Also, I have 9 gemstones Reeto so if you wanna give me one for pointing out this marketing-flaw/being such a constructive fella I'd totally be down for that. Cheers!
