Blind pick clarity and trolling solution

Its generally agreed upon that call order is the name of the game in blind pick. Totally cool with that overall.

But when some players join in before others it makes things complicated. If someone called a role that didn't show up to another player and they assume its open and lock in, they will be accused of trolling their team and stealing the other person's position. Additionally it opens the way for some players to claim they joined first and called a role, when in reality they did not.

Why not simply wait a few more seconds for everyone to be in the champion select screen to allow typing or to have everyone load in at the same moment. It would only delay the champ select screen by a few seconds and would alleviate some of the trolling situations or confusion that can happen in champ select.
