Swain is ridiculous

Gonna assume you mostly only play AP.

Swain naturally counters a lot of AP champions. You could counteract this by building in a way to completely ignore Swain, such as optimizing for waveclear (an area that Swain is awkward in) or if you're using an Artillery Mage especially, just staying outside his bubble of effectiveness.

Swain's mostly just average right now. If you're having trouble fighting him, perhaps it's you who should learn new ways to deal with him?

I have over 100 games on swain these 3 can really mess him up if played right AND they are reworking Swain so you don't have to worry for that long.

You don't have to fight him ever to win lane. Swain really struggles with clearing minions unless he uses his ult. Just push to his tower and roam. To clear it without missing a lot of cs, he is going to have to put his ult on cooldown meaning you should engage on him right when you get back if he used it. If he didn't, the just repeat the process.
