So I was planning to grind out some ranked after my exams, so started practicing xin and got good on him. The problem is, Xin isnt exactly the most fun champ to play. So I was thinking of trying out my Riven who was just sitting there since I ran out of refund tokens. I constantly get 140-150 ping. I've heard many players saying if you have high pings, do not play them. Is it true?

You can play them at high ping...It's just not advised.

Champions you have to execute things on quickly and with short reactions tend to not be good choices to play on high ping.
