Man, it is unreal... It is such a huge dps loss that after being used to hard carrying games with him, killing the ADC or squishies in one or two combos, everyone is living with a bit of health when I'm so used to them being dead-- and it's fking me up so hard.
Anyone else think it was a bit much?

HwyToTheDngrZone1 votesIf you lose to Ryze at level 3, you aren't playing against him correctly and are letting him hit you with all of his bounces/overloads. His mana costs are pretty tremendous to be spamming anything early.
