Dervish Blade & Mercurial Scimitar

Just a quick quistion...Why was Dervish Blade removed from SR, Like it would be nice to have more options when wanting a QQS item late game, more AD is great sure, But more MR, CDR and AS is better, and even better for Champions that really don't care for the extra AD cause they strive over AS and CDR a bit. Like a Vayne maybe, Kalista,Jinx even etc. Was looking for the item to build a few months ago and wasn't there... Is it too good for SR usage? So it's left behind in other maps?
