Quistioning Champion Nerfs

So... Why do alot of champions get Nerfed just because they get a bit of Light and get in a good spot. Meanwhile there are champions who are evenly strong on their own with their Niche and have a specific role and somethin they trive on. Like let's say a Hyper Carry getting nerfed on their Strengths (Jinx,Kog,Vayne). a Mastery or Item or Crit in general getting gutted just because People like Tryndamere and Yasuo exist, Yet they don't really get nerfed hard to the point where they LOSE their niche or a strength of theirs. Which is what I'm going to be talking about...

I understand that Trundle recently has been great, in a good spot and everything else. (Honestly he has been for a while but other champs just shined over him so people didn't bother with him at all.) Now he's my main and I'm expecting nerfs and many came in, Like Mana, and decrease in stats of some abilities. Okay all fine and good, Now here is what I feel is what defines Trundle's Niche and Strengths and his role (Mostly focusing on Top and Jg Trund) Split Pusher, good Duelist, Disrupter and brings heavy Slows and Abiltity to Shred Heavy HP Tanks. There are some I love more then the other and I understand if some are nerfed or Buffed or changed for balance purposes same with alot of Other Champions, Like Olaf's Old Q and his other abilities.

Now on the new PBE Patch they are gutting his Turret and Inhib crushing power by making his Q unusable on them... Sigh... I knew Nerfs were coming, BUT these are not the ones you'll be expecting especially when he's just being used as a Support mostly atm. and with the short ass games its hard to drag it where you can split all day or hard push. (not like he has any AoE for wave clear anyway and his Q beign his only DMG spell and the rest just buff Him increasing his HP,AD,MS,Armor,Mr etc.)

So why... as a main split pusher on most my top laners I'm sad... What's next...? Nasus' Q? Because I'm pretty sure that's stronger, or jax's?, Maybe Ren? Actually won't be suprised if illaoi's would get rekt because she's receiving alot of complains about being OP aswell. :T, Reasonable, But her Q's are the problem so it wouldn't make sense why they would nerf her W to attack turrets or inhibs...., Same thing with Trundles... Split pushing is harder and situational as it is so why is this being removed?...and not something else...? like Maybe the absurd E's max Slow rate or something else.

There are more weird Nerfs to champions who barely reach the light, Some don't really need it and can eb situationable but liek why was Swain's Root nerfed to 2 sec to 1 sec and scales up, While some champs just stun for 2 sec 100% with no scaling...
