That's actually one of my main problems with Lee; He should have slow movement speed BECAUSE he has multiple escape mechanisms, not huge movement speed in addition to multiple, low CD, manaless escape mechanisms.

Except that Yasuo can only dash trough enemies, and it has a cooldown. Lee can jump to wards, friendly champions, as well, as enemies. With only cooldown restricting it.

My point was they are both hypermobile assholes that pay nothing for their mobility because Rito likes their LCS more than they like an actually balanced game.

Most champions with abilities that enhance a part of their play have their base stats in that area reduced.

Champions with high mobility abilities usually have low movespeed. Champions is strong ATK speed steroids have low base ATK speed. Etc... Lee gets to break rules cause Riot loves him for some reason.
