Illaoi is the definition of an Anti-Fun champion.

Yeah I get it you dodge out of her Q, W, E and Ult and Tentacles while avoiding taking creep damage and trying to farm under turret and all that good stuff. But in all honesty she is an unhealthy champion especially at lower elo's where people don't know how to play against her. If she gets ahead you need multiple people from your team to take her down or else that lane is lost. If you have a jungler that doesn't understand her ult that lane is gone twice. The damage that comes out of her ult WHILE healing her is utterly disgusting. When I pick a champion and enemy picks illaoi I know that for the next 30-40 minutes I'm not going to have fun and that's what it comes down to. Playing against this champion is just not fun, Laning against her is not fun, It is actually frustrating. She just camps lane and pushes. I really hope whoever designed is not allowed to design champions in the future because she single-handedly makes many people like myself not have fun while playing this already frustrating game.
