quinn ad scaling buff maybe?

she is, (by intentionally forgiving urgot) the worst adc of the game. Can se get a little buff on base ad ratio? I jsut feel she cant kill anything late game because her ad is so bad . All she can do is crit with a very short distance and shes sqishy af and still ahve bad damages...
