Game Broke in my promo series?

I didn't take a video of this, but I was in a ranked game about 10 minutes ago, and the game suddenly just stopped operating correctly. Minions ignored each other and went straight for structures, my abilities wouldn't work 90% of the time, and half of my movement commands pathed incorrectly. It was the last game of my promo series, and we lose because we have an Ez Morde and Qiyana as our damage vs a Jhin. He ends up going 25-4 and we have no cc to stop him.
