Solo queue is not fun

Can someone explain to me why there are so many trolls and rage quitters in silver? For the past week i cant seem to enjoy playing ranked. Its always the same story: someone is last pick and trolls as (from what I've experienced) Garen support with revive and cleanse, Renekton support who says that we shouldve given him top to avoid him trolling, or instalocking adc when the spot has been taken buy first pick. Other times i see a teammates argue in queue and subsequently we lose because the battle of egos never ceases. I try to be a peace keeper but to little avail because they turn on me( what did i do? i'm matched with sociopaths all the time :/ ), so now i just stay silent and from now on i dodge because its better to lose 3 lp than 22 lp when your trying follow the summoner's code. I thought the reason that i cant climb was because i was on tilt or i belong in silver 5, but i feel this problem is hindering my enjoyment of league as a whole. I only find solace when i play against the AI since the chances of finding toxic players is .1%. Also, the bots actually buy wards often... that says a lot about humans in solo queue.
