How Riot can fix this game

How to fix League of Legends: Tanks: Tanks have been a huge problem in season 5, 6, 7 and they need BALANCES The point of a tank is to help the team by tanking damage from the enemy backline/frontline. They can have things like shields, buffs for their team, and CC. What they shouldn't be able to do is DAMAGE. EVERYONE knows that it's a huge problem when these tanks are outdmging adc's, and you are also not able to kill these tanks until 50+ minutes in the game when you are 6 items. So increasing the gold of tank items would fix a lot of things, also taking the damage out of tank items such as sunfire cape, and deadmans plate would be VERY useful. Why does every tank have some sort of max health damage ability I believe that wet noodle fights should be encouraged because tanks shouldn't be able to do DMG. I'm not talking about making them not kill anything, but making them do their actually job. The whole point of them being there is not to solo carry but fight with the team so they can protect their backline, because their backline is supposed to offer the damage well they tank it. Whoevers backline is superior at killing the enemies should most obviously win the teamfights. This takes me to Attack Damage Carries. One of the most hated roles of league of legends. You are DPS for a reason to do consistant dmg per second. When your support starts doing more damage then you though things start to seem a little off no? ADC's are very good later in the game once they have the money to buy all these expensive bull items that make them actually do DMG. You can't skip over a IE in your build or else you will honestly do peanut damage. You can't rush these attack speed items that are cheap because you do no damage. That's why youmuus+black cleaver build started getting a lot of attention. Cheaper, Earlier powerspike. League games don't generally last over 50 minutes long so it honestly makes no sense do be trying to scale for these late game fights if the games going to end soon anyways. Please I BEG RIOT just make your champions do their jobs. I obviously left a lot of things out that can be fixed such as point and click CC's, RYZE, clicking one button and killing somebody (Syndra), and AOE CC that doesn't take skill to hit (Kennen, Naut, Amumu) should it not require some sort of skill to hit this shit? Also there has been a huge drop in skill, people climbing into higher ranks that don't have the knowledge, or mechanics to back it up. Obviously Dynamic que was the biggest f*** up you have ever done. So I have one question... Why would you ever change the old league? Who drove you to innovate tanks that deal more dmg then adc's and tank 5 people. Why did you ever change old blood thirster? I understand that this is your game, and you can do whatever you want with it, but think of the people that are playing the game, don't you care about them at all? I mean you added plants, more useless skins, and a scuttle easter egg over actually looking at the problems of your game? You also bring in the input of some of the lowest ELO players on the planet, that I think they shouldn't be on the balance team. They should have a understanding of the game as much as a diamond+. I wish League of Legends was a good game.

Tanks do a lot of damage, and yeah, it should be toned down. But you're missing one key thing. If tanks aren't able to kill you, you just force their CD and go around them for the back line. They need to be a viable threat in order to do their job. Besides, if you get caught by a tank and he kills you, most of the time it's bad positioning and meaningless engages.
