Yasuo Q Bug ;(

Ok so I have notice this bug more and more lately its when Yasuo is cc'd his q goes off but the damage doesn't... It's kind of stupid because most champions when they are cc'd and get their abilities off it does damage. But for some reason there is a bug with Yasuo q and it's annoying me more and more because I have missed a numerous amount of kills as Yasuo because of it.
