Are There Any Plans for Galio?

I decided to look at his stats on a whim and wew lad this dude is super under-performing across the board. I'm aware that he got changes in 7.24 but obviously that wasn't enough.

Does Riot have any ideas on ways to improve his performance- or at least, any insights on what is preventing him from being viable?
