Poppy is more or less being nerfed across the board on the PBE right now. Considering she's already a pretty weak champion in solo queue I'm curious what the context behind Riot's decision here is.

The only thing I’m liking is the range E increase.
Everything else...why? Are they worried about her prevalence in pro play? If so why make her uncharged ult more effective in pro?
I don't get these nerfs at all ... Poppy already has a lower win-rate.
its honestly stupid and doesnt make any sense at all. look at her w nerf, shes going to be terrible now. and as a Poppy main im really fucking sad. Shes not even op at the moment. yeah they buffed her e range but nerfed the dmg, while her e really just needed an increase. I dont get how riot last time she got buffed said she needed it and gave her a small + 5 AD but now her entire kit is fucking op and needs to be shot and buried into the ground. Shes going to be the next aatrox/ malzahar.
Of all the top lane champs to nerf it's POPPY? Who's the rioter that just got stomped by poppy in a game?
Im going to be completely honest in that i havnt seen a poppy for a long fucking time...disappointing shes getting a nerf.

ult doesn't make you untargeable anymore which is massive E range increased
the changes are a buff for competitive play and neutral for soloq
making them targetable on snapcast ult is a huge buff. you can now easily combo ult into E and your allies can actually chain CC with it so poppy is now way easier to gank for.
Poppy sitting at a 48.8% winrate and 2.5% pickrate. Why does she have to get nerfed? The increase range on Heroic Charge really doesn't warrant these nerfs.
Meanwhile the 53% winrate Janna gets 5 MS reduction and 5 less damage on her W.
10/10 quality balancing Riot.

God damnit not my Main.[sg-shisa] But to be serious, why slow her down? I found that the speed boost on w was useful enough so that i can still use it when fighting enemies without charge, but now she feels very slow.
All tanks need nerfs, poppy is just first.
