Riot should bring back flask

if u start corrupting potion u can't buy hp pots... but why? Is that a reward for your start without items? They also removed mana pots so even if u start boots +4 pots that's not enough because u'll go oom. old flask was good for sustain against champs with infinite harras like yasuo, zed, katAhri na etc but was also bad if u wanna all in because u would lose if enemy has or perfectly balanced item and riot removed it
