Replace all Basic Attacks with Skill Shots for balance

I've never liked the ADC role due to how in my opinion brainless it feels to play them and how shallow they are compared to mages such as Vel'Koz or Xerath.

How this would work is by making the activation key for all Basic Attacks be by clicking or holding down LMB and change the control of how to click to show units stats and status effects to RMB. This could be configurable. It scales with 100% Attack Damage and on hit effects such as Critical Chance and Spell Blades etc. It would scale with Attack Speed

It could be similar to Karthus Q but instead making the AOE like half the size of the AOE so that it would almost always only be damaging one at unit at a time and twice the speed of impact. Although it could also be like Ezreal's Q but haven't really made up my mind whether that or karthus smaller like AOE would be better.

This would make ADC'S that much more fun to play and give enemies more counter play by simply dodging it. Vayne's tumble would play a nice part here.

Now some may think "well that would just be the very similar gameplay as mages but with a different damage type but I disagree. One could argue that mages are primarily used for AOE dps while adcs is for single targets so this could still be the case. But the key difference is that the for adcs the basic attack is going to be the main focus as it was before and it would scale with On Hit Effects and Attack Speed.

Maybe even for melee champions too? Idk just dreaming away here.

Edit: Seems I triggered a lot of ADC mains by calling them brainless... oh well that is just my opinion about them and after having played the role ¯_(ツ)_/¯.

Dude it too cruel to force all kids to play Karthus, it is too hard for them let their brains grow a little than they will be able to do it.

on a more serious note that would be too much of a dramatic change for a game that used to have right click auto system since its launch, Riot will risk losing too much of their players.

Easier thing to do and better for players to cope with is too break that BpS shit ADCs have which is Crit + attack speed like i said many times before ( or reduce Crit modifier and give them the melee zone form DoW games, damn i love that game ).

This is a terrible idea with so much movement in the game now a days. Melee ranged attackers would have so much of an advantage because they don't have to aim with their auto attacks.

I would kinda like this, but wouldn't this create the problem of auto attacking minions instead of champions more? If they are just moving around the minion wave. Also wouldn't the major problem for this is to move side to side since it is a skill shot auto attacks. I agree with anything that makes ADC's harder. But this just seems like it might cripple them. I can see turning it into an AOE, but what would happen to draven? One of his skills is throwing his Axes with auto's. So he now gets an AOE auto high crit axes?

Also what about this item? item 3085 This seems like it will be hell for that system.
