I'm not too sure why Rickless is again buffing a champion that is fine right now.

He seems to have a habit of changing champions who are completely fine as they are now. Often his changes go through without any clear reasoning behind them. Karma was changed (recently) by him and a lot of people were not sure why. Sejuani was changed by him, granted she was already strong but his changes plus the addition of Cinderhulk put her over the edge. Miss Fortune was also changed by him and even post rework (not sure if the recent changes were from him as well) she's not in a great spot.

I'm really not sure why the change to Lux is even needed when she was recently buffed. Her win rate went past 53% after 5.12 and plateaued at 52% and has stayed above 50% while being picked 8% of the time.

Please give us some reasoning behind her buffs heading to the PBE.
